Become a Member

If you would like to become a member or renew your membership to Eastlake Football Club, simply download the application form and bring it to Reception at either Eastlake Football Club, 3 Oxley St Griffith or the Calwell Club, 1 Were St Calwell, together with photo ID and payment. It's that easy!
