We have a range of function options to suit any occasion: canapé packages, buffet options as well as two and three course dinner options. At Eastlake we understand the importance of your wedding and we will ensure that your reception is an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Every wedding is individual and for that reason, tailored packages can be designed upon request. Packages can include the following:
- Exclusive use of your chosen venue for a period of five hours
- Your choice of two-course meal, three course of buffet meal
- Five Hour Beverage Package
- Tray Service of house sparkling white wine for toasts
- Wedding cake cut and plated for your guests
- Use of bridal room on arrival for the bridal party , with complimentary beer, Sparkling Brut and Cheese Platter (maximum 10 people, includes bridal party)
- Flower arrangement on the table of the bridal room
- Valances on bridal table, cake table and present table
- Typed guest list for display at function room entrance
- Typed menu in gold or silver on each table
- White linen tablecloths and serviettes
- Mood lighting in the room’s ceiling in your choice of colour (from the colour range available)
- Use of bubble machine on entrance to room
- Use of dance floor and audio visual equipment

Eastlake boasts four magnificent, state of the art conference rooms. All rooms are fitted with operable walls which enable the function centre to be configured to suit small meetings of 14 people through to large workshops and product launches of up to two hundred people. All rooms are equipped with high tec audio visual equipment to make your conference a success. Audio Visual Equipment available includes:
- Motorised Projector and Screen
- Laptop/Ipod Cord
- DVD/CD Player
We offer a range of conference options to suit anyone and everyone’s budget, ranging from light meal options and all day packages. Packages can be configured to suit your conferencing requirements. All our conference packages include (depending on selected package):
- White Linen Tablecloths
- Iced Water
- Freshly Brewed Coffee
- Selection of Teas
- Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea
We are able to cater for special dietary requirements, should your clients need them.
