The Eastlake Specialised Dietary Management Process (ESDMP) consistently delivers successful functions where allergies, intolerances and restrictions are catered for and managed with respect and care.
The Chef’s and team’s knowledge on food restrictions provides attendees with more than confidence and a safe meal, they have excitement and inclusion. At Eastlake, any dietaries that need additional alternatives not already present in our menu, the Chefs will curate a specially designed meal that looks and tastes as beautiful as the rest of the items served during the function. This is an important service provided by Eastlake to ensure that all guests feel welcome, included and thought of.
